My name is Dr. Joe Jurgielewicz. After graduating from the Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine, I decided to pursue my passion and continue the Jurgielewicz family tradition of duck farming.
I'm a third-generation duck farmer, and grew up around my fathers farm. We went into business together, and in 1983 I established my own farm. Joe Jurgielewicz & Son is founded on the farming methodologies I've perfected over the years. As a veterinarian, I've been able to produce a consistently high-quality duck, providing clients like you with nothing but the most flavorful duck products.
