It's taken ten generations of selective breeding, and a grow out process that uses only natural grains, no additives or hormones, to bring you a duckling with the perfect ratio of meat to fat.  You see, too much fat will produce a duck that is greasy.  Too little fat and you'll have meat that is dry and lacking flavor.  Your customer are more sophisticated than ever.  They are better traveled.  More intelligent.  And they demand, and deserve, quality.  From our beginnings on Long Islands south shore to our modern Pennsylvania farm, we at Jurgielewicz & Son have produced the best tasting duckling available.
