Trained at the International Culinary Center in NYC and opened her new restaurant, Decca in 2012. Annie was a “Cheftestant” on Top Chef, Season 14. Annie will be serving coffee-cured Jurgielewicz Duck Breasts with Rhubarb & Foie Gras.
Representing Holy Bull. Jeremy beat out 16 talented chefs to be named TOP CHEF in Season 13. Jeremy will be serving Jurgielewicz Whole Duck with garbanzo and cracklin’ skin.
