Fresh from our Farm to your Table
The Jurgielewicz Farm ships our duck products to you on the day of harvest for orders received before 8:00 am (Mon.-Wed.) to insure product freshness. Orders received after 8:00 am (Mon.-Wed.) are shipped the following Business day. Orders received Thursday – Sunday are shipped the following Monday.

Since we are located right here on the Jurgielewicz farm, we have complete access to all duck products. If there is any delay due to supply issues, we will contact you to discuss options. If you need to cancel or change your order, please let Matt know by phone or e-mail. Once your order is shipped, the sale is final.
The Jurgielewicz Farm guarantees freshness for all of our products. We pack your products in insulated containers to insure products arrive in the fresh or frozen state in which they were shipped. We deliver without a signature requirement to prevent the package from returning to the shipper and spoiling. If you have an issue with your purchase, please call us as soon as possible. Delays typically result from one of three circumstances:
- UPS delay – UPS is responsible for any delivery delays. Please keep all materials and we will file a claim. If UPS approves the claim, you will receive a refund.
- Tasty Duck Online delay- If you opened the package upon receipt and found the product spoiled, please call us as soon as possible for a refund.
- Customer delay – Once your shipment arrives, it is your responsibility to open it as soon as possible. We cannot provide a refund if there was a customer delay in opening the shipment.
